Committed to Inspiring Change: As an experienced diversity officer, Dr. Williams aims to deliver education, provide information, and inspire both change and growth in a variety of audiences. As the world moves ahead, workplaces evolve — especially in terms of their human composition.

Diverse organizations are more successful at retaining talent, and inclusive workplaces maximize both talent and productivity. Organizations with strong “diversity climates” (i.e., inclusive work cultures characterized by openness toward others and appreciation of individual differences) are likely to have teams with increased job satisfaction and knowledge sharing.
