an experienced diversity officer, Dr.
Williams aims to deliver education,
provide information and inspire both
change and growth in a variety of
audiences. As the world moves ahead,
workplaces evolve — especially in terms
of its human composition.
Diverse organizations are more suc-
cessful at retaining talent, and inclusive
workplaces maximize both talent and
productivity. Organizations with strong
“diversity climates” (i.e., inclusive work
cultures characterized by openness
toward others and appreciation of
individual differences) are likely to have
teams with increased job satisfaction
and knowledge sharing.
