Meet Joseph Gualtiere
Class of 2023 BEQ Pride LGBTQ Leader Under 40 Joseph Gualtiere
Pronoun: He, Him
Age: 33
Who or what inspires your leadership purpose? And why?
I’m inspired by the consistent inclusivity of Gen Z and the Gen Z LGBTQIA+ community and for their activism, bravery, and commitment to equality. Nonetheless, Gen Z has shifted how humans think, businesses behave, and brands engage, likely due to their immersivity in technology and social media. As beacons for diversity and social justice, Gen Z represents a new wave of self-assurance and presence, inspiring current and future generations. Personally, their level of awareness inspires me as a creative marketer to ensure that the brands I work with tell their stories with authenticity, inclusivity, and transparency at the forefront of their creative output. ~ Joseph Gualtiere
